Puppets and Puppets

Since 2018, Puppets and Puppets has become synonymous with downtown fashion in New York City. Crafted by designer and artist Carly Mark, Puppets and Puppets is affectionately named after Mark’s dog, Puppet. Whimsy is the integral ingredient of Puppets and Puppets, with literal interpretations of food and florals noted everywhere in her collections; from a banana handle on a bag, to swiss cheese for the heels on a pair of maryjanes. The most coveted item being a now infamous black top handle leather handbag featuring a resin cookie emblazoned on the front. The collections range from ready to wear, accessories, and even sculptural gold skirting options. It’s no surprise that the brand has been seen on everyone from Doja Cat, Rosalia, to Chloe Sevigny.
