In 2013 the cronut took New York City by storm, and the creation that kept lines of people waiting around the block first thing in the morning was a credit to esteemed Pastry Chef Dominique Ansel, who has continued to his hold on the city with his gourmet creations.
Dominique Ansel Bakery continues to create viral baked-goods hits, like its shot of milk served in a chocolate chip cookie “shot glass” and creamy hot chocolate accented with a marshmallow flower that “blossoms” from the drink’s heat. Today, guests can find unique flavors of cronuts, frozen s’mores, tiramisu, tarts, eclairs, and more.
