City – primarily downtown Manhattan – was one of the largest coffee roasting centers in the US.

Elorea

Luxury scent purveyor Elorea has recently launched its first retail space in the heart of Soho. What makes the location even more special – is calling on the brand’s Korean roots – they have partnered with Guete Leute, a renowned specialty coffee shop based in Seoul, Korea to offer a selection of seasonal craft coffee beverages that perfectly pair with the brand’s unique scents. Also, on offer, the brand has partnered with artisanal chocolate shop Vesta to create two options of chocolate-tasting flights designed to be eaten with the brand’s two fragrance collections The Elements and The Forgotten Words Collections. Gotan

Gotan (pronounced goh-tahn) has been imbibing City dwellers with caffeine since 2014. With a minimalist industrial interior, delicious food and beverage offerings, strong wifi, and plenty of seating, the Tribeca hotspot is a perfect work spot away from the office. Partnering with Coffee roaster Counter Culture the cafe offers delectable drinks that push the envelope in the art of coffee. The menu is an enticing blend of light seasonal options with an emphasis on fresh vegetables. Gotan is located at 130 Franklin St, HOURS: Open Daily 8 am – 4 pm.

Cha Cha Matcha

This millennial favorite has been serving up alternative coffee options since its flagship location
in Nolita opened in 2016. With quirky eclectic decor in the brand’s famous pink and green motif,
Cha Cha Matcha has a fun ambiance that is perfect to grab one of the cafe’s macha-flavored
concoctions – sit and people-watch the day away. Using ceremonial-grade matcha powder for all
of its beverages and food offerings ensures the high quality of superfood benefits making it a
perfect healthy introduction to your day. With two locations found downtown, one being the
cafe’s flagship location, there is plenty of space to enjoy one of their tasty treats. Cha Cha

Felix Roasting Co.

What do you get when you mix Parisian turn-of-the-century style and mixology-level coffee
creations? That would be Felix Roasting Co. With friendly staff, stunning decor, and delicious
coffee offerings; this is one of the better places to dash into when shopping in Soho. With
amazing attention to detail, Felix Roasting Co lives up to its name by constantly updating its
seasonal menu to match the growing seasons of its coffee beans, to making its in-house nondairy
milk – the quality of coffee is pretty unmatched. Another bonus is the shop itself with an eclectic
array of vintage-style decor and printed wallpapers the space provides a stunning backdrop to

La Cabra

Starting from humble beginnings – Danish coffee wunderkind – La Cabra originated out of the
small town of Aarhus, Denmark in 2012. Quickly making waves in the cafe industry in Denmark
with their coffee bar and bakery they quickly began to expand globally. Finally making their
mark in New York City this Dutch import is bringing a little piece of coffee heaven to Soho’s
design district as well as a full bakery in the east village. A gorgeous homage to Nordic design,
the cafe is an oasis to the bustling city streets. The shop offers an open and transparent look to
the brand’s approach to a modern coffee experience. With a spectacular rotating seasonal menu
coming straight from Denmark, there is always a new and surprising drink to try. La Cabra is
